1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a purchase through the Site.

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Our products and online store are currently intended for customers located in the United States.

2. Products

PACOVIT sells dietary supplement products, including collagen-based nutritional supplements.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, ingredients, quantities, packaging, colors, and other information accurately. Packaging or other non-material product details may occasionally change.

Always review the physical product label, Supplement Facts panel, ingredient list, warnings, and directions before use. In the event of a material inconsistency between general Site content and the physical product label, the product label should be consulted.

Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

3. Dietary Supplement and Health Disclaimer

Information available on the Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

PACOVIT products and Site content are not intended to provide medical advice and are not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

You should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using a dietary supplement if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, have known allergies, are undergoing medical treatment, or otherwise have questions concerning whether a product is appropriate for you.

Use products only as directed on their labels.

Individual experiences and results may vary. Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as a guarantee that any particular health, appearance, fitness, wellness, or other result will occur.

This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

PACOVIT does not make any representation that a dietary supplement can diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted the order.

We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• product unavailability;

• suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity;

• incorrect pricing or product information;

• unusually large quantities suggesting unauthorized resale;

• violation of these Terms; or

• shipping or fulfillment limitations.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

An order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order. Shipment or fulfillment confirmation generally indicates acceptance of the order.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated or displayed during checkout as required.

We may change prices, promotions, discounts, or offers at any time. Changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted except where required to correct an obvious error or as otherwise permitted by law.

Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable amount shown at checkout.

PACOVIT currently does not offer any paid membership or automatically renewing paid subscription through the Site unless expressly stated otherwise in the future.

6. Shipping

PACOVIT currently ships orders to eligible addresses within the United States.

At present, qualifying orders receive free standard shipping, unless a different shipping charge or shipping method is clearly disclosed at checkout.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free shipping for future orders. Any applicable shipping charge will be disclosed before the customer completes the purchase.

Delivery dates and transit times shown on the Site or provided by a carrier are estimates and are not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, governmental action, inaccurate customer-provided addresses, or other transportation disruptions.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate remedies for orders that are lost, damaged, incorrectly fulfilled, or otherwise not delivered as agreed.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept eligible returns requested within 14 days after delivery.

To qualify for a discretionary return, the product must be:

unopened, unused, unaltered, and in its original factory-sealed condition and original packaging.

For health, hygiene, quality-control, and product-integrity reasons, opened or used dietary supplement products are not eligible for return, except where required by applicable law or where the product was defective, damaged, contaminated, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise subject to a legal remedy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for ordinary discretionary returns unless PACOVIT states otherwise.

Any original shipping charge actually paid by the customer is non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Processing times imposed by banks or payment providers are outside our control.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us promptly and include your order information and reasonable supporting information such as photographs when appropriate.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights available to consumers under applicable law.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

PACOVIT may offer coupons, promotional codes, influencer codes, referral discounts, introductory offers, or similar promotions.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion:

Promotional codes have no cash value, may be subject to expiration dates, may be restricted to specific products or customers, may not be combined with other offers, and may be limited to one use per customer or order.

We may reject or cancel the use of a promotional code if we reasonably determine that it has been obtained, distributed, duplicated, sold, manipulated, or used contrary to the terms of the promotion.

Promotional programs may be modified or discontinued prospectively at any time.

9. Referral and Affiliate Programs

PACOVIT may make referral, creator, ambassador, or affiliate programs available from time to time.

Participation may be subject to separate program terms, commission rules, eligibility requirements, promotional restrictions, and disclosure obligations.

Where separate Referral, Creator, or Affiliate Program Terms exist, those terms will control matters specifically related to that program.

Participation in a referral or affiliate program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship with ATKP L.L.C.

PACOVIT may investigate suspected fraud, self-referrals, artificial transactions, unauthorized coupon distribution, misleading advertising, or other abuse and may withhold or reverse rewards or commissions where permitted by the applicable program terms and law.

10. Newsletter and Marketing Emails

You may voluntarily subscribe to the PACOVIT newsletter or other marketing communications.

Newsletter subscription is free and does not create any paid membership, automatic charge, recurring billing arrangement, or purchase obligation.

If you choose to receive marketing communications, we may send you information regarding PACOVIT products, promotions, launches, educational content, offers, or other brand communications.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in our emails.

Transactional communications relating to an order, payment, shipping update, account, customer-service matter, or similar transaction may still be sent where appropriate.

Our commercial email practices are intended to comply with applicable U.S. requirements, including applicable CAN-SPAM obligations. 11. Product Reviews and User Content

Where the Site allows customers to submit reviews, photographs, comments, testimonials, or other content, you agree that your submission will reflect your genuine experience and will not contain information you know to be false, deceptive, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent.

You remain responsible for content you submit.

By submitting content for publication, you grant ATKP L.L.C. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content in connection with PACOVIT and its marketing, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may moderate or remove user content where permitted by law, including spam, irrelevant material, unlawful content, harassment, fraudulent reviews, or material that violates these Terms.

We do not require a customer to provide a positive review as a condition of receiving customer service, exercising legal rights, or receiving benefits that were not expressly tied to a lawful promotional program.

12. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including the PACOVIT name, logos, branding, product imagery, graphics, text, layout, videos, designs, product presentation, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to ATKP L.L.C. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants ownership of PACOVIT intellectual property to any user.

You may not use the Site in a manner that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, disruptive, or intended to interfere with its security or operation.

You may not attempt unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, payment systems, databases, servers, or other systems associated with PACOVIT.

Automated scraping, malicious code, fraudulent transactions, payment abuse, impersonation, or attempts to circumvent purchasing or promotional restrictions are prohibited.

The Site may use or link to services provided by third parties, including payment processors, fulfillment providers, carriers, analytics services, social-media platforms, website technology providers, and other service providers.

This limitation does not exclude or limit liability or consumer rights where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to improperly limit legal rights relating to defective products, personal injury, fraud, willful misconduct, applicable consumer-protection laws, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, liabilities, claims, or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, fraudulent activity, infringement of third-party rights, or material violation of these Terms.

This provision does not require consumers to indemnify PACOVIT for conduct for which ATKP L.L.C. is legally responsible.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws.

Where legally permissible, disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site may be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts serving Wyoming.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of any jurisdiction, venue, remedy, or statutory protection that cannot legally be waived by contract.

These Terms currently do not require binding arbitration and do not contain a class-action waiver.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, Site, products, policies, technology, or applicable legal requirements.

The updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date.

Changes generally apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If separate terms apply to a specific program or offer, those specific terms control with respect to that program or offer.
